Faith Lutheran Church’s Music Ministry is blessed to provide the church, the greater community of Southwest Florida, and our international audience with an accessible culture and society of quality music worship and performance. Exploring the adventure, discipline, and spirituality of musical art, our church celebrates the passionate and faithful living with the unifying body of Christ. People of all ages are welcome to find a place of growth and service in one of our Chancel Ensembles or musical groups.

Chancel Choir
This mixed-voice choir is one of the centerpieces of all the music groups of the church. Open to ages 16 and older, the choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. It serves as the primary choir for the Divine Services each weekend. Opportunities are numerous for adults to lead during service through hymnody, psalmody, and other liturgical elements.

Instrumental Ensembles
Various instrumental ensembles ranging from handbells, chamber strings, piano trios, bluegrass bands, duets, and others provide supplemental diversity in music for monthly worship service and seasonal concerts. Instrumentalists with developed skill in orchestral instruments, percussion, and/or keyboard are invited to participate in our services.

Praise Team
The FLC Praise Team leads music and worship for our 9:15am Sunday service and plays a wide variety of Contemporary Praise and Worship music. This musical ensemble is comprised of lead and supporting vocals, guitars, drumset, bass, and piano and synthesizer keyboards.
Preschool Music
The Lambs of Faith Preschool is a growing opportunity for children of ages 2 through 4 to begin their exposure to informal and formal musical instruction. Using foundational music education methods of Gordon, Kodály, and Dalcroze, the preschoolers of the Lambs of Faith are taught musical patterns, aural chants, and rhythmic structure through purposeful musical play. Children are guided through the recognition and production of pitch and rhythm structure through a process called “audiation.”
Friends of Music
We have created a foundation for those that may want to participate in the music department without actually singing or playing a note! Friends of Music is a giving society established to assist Faith Lutheran Church in accomplishing its musical visions and goals. This program provides essential support for concerts and events, community outreach, educational programs, and other special projects. Each Level of Giving is given early notice to all Concert Series events and other FLC Music projects. Contributors to Benefactor Level and above may be given recognition in all FLC Concert Series event programs.

Concert Series
The “Faith Lutheran Concert Series” is series of events and concerts throughout the year consisting of Faith Lutheran Church artists and various Guests Artists from Southwest Florida and from across the United States. The “Faith Lutheran Concert Series” features many associated events throughout the year such as organ concerts, vocal recitals, and the highly celebrated annual Faithfully Christmas Brass and Organ concert.

FLC Chancel Organ

Faith Lutheran Church has been given the opportunity to enhance their worship experiences with the purchase of a brand new, custom digital church organ from the Allen Organ Company. The RLX-90 custom digital organ boasts 4 manuals, 101 stops, 5 divisions, full pedal keyboard, and the advanced digital sound library of the GeniSys Voices.

The new FLC Chancel Organ can easily replicate digital sound samples of world-famous organs including the French Aristide Cavaillé-Coll organs, the German Arp Schnitger organs, and the American Aeolian-Skinner organs with the most advanced digital audio technology available in the market. Equivalent to 108 ranks including stops for chimes and the digital carillon, the FLC Chancel Organ is one of Naples largest church organs.
